Sampatti Card Terms and Conditions
- Introduction: These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Sampatti Card (the "Card") and access to the Sampatti Card network (the "Network") by the subscriber ("Subscriber"). The Subscriber agrees to be bound by this Agreement by using the Card or accessing the Network.
- Monthly Subscription Fees: The Subscriber agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee as determined by Sampatti Card. The fee will be automatically charged to the Subscriber's designated payment method on a monthly basis. The Subscriber agrees to keep their payment information up to date and to notify Sampatti Card of any changes. Incase of cancellation Sampatti Card will only refund amount proportional to the subscription charges paid and its frequency.
- Access to the Network: Upon payment of the monthly subscription fee, the Subscriber will have access to the Network. The Subscriber acknowledges that access to the Network is subject to availability and that Sampatti Card may temporarily suspend access to the Network for maintenance or other reasons.
- Use of the Card: The Card is for the personal use of the Subscriber and may not be used for commercial purposes. The Subscriber agrees not to use the Card in any way that violates any law or regulation.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Subscriber's access to the Network will be terminated and the Subscriber will no longer be able to use the Card.
- Limitation of Liability: Sampatti Card shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Card or access to the Network, except as provided by law. The Subscriber acknowledges that access to the Network may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues beyond the control of Sampatti Card.
- Changes to the Agreement: Sampatti Card may change this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Subscriber. The Subscriber's continued use of the Card or access to the Network after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Subscriber resides.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements between the parties.
By using the Card or accessing the Network, the Subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
